Frederick Motz, sentenced Ahfaz Ahmed, age 46, of Baltimore, Maryland, today to one month in prison, followed by five months of home detention as part of two years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit labor certification fraud in a scheme in which Ahmed charged immigrants thousands of dollars to fraudulently obtain work visas for them.

Olive Branch Man Sentenced for Child Pornography

David Donald Dias, 43, of Olive Branch, was sentenced for possession of child pornography yesterday by United States Chief District Judge Michael P. Mills, in Oxford, Mississippi. Judge Mills ordered Dias to serve a term of 97 months in prison. Dias was also sentenced to serve a term of five years supervised release.
Chicago Drug Fugitives Arrested in Mexico
