Julie A. Garcia, of Deltona, Florida, was indicted in Paducah, Kentucky on charges that she knowingly and willfully transmitted in interstate commerce telephone communications to a Kentucky State Police dispatcher, each of which contained threats to injure another person.
Virginia Man Sentenced in South Carolina for Threatening to Kill Judges

Stephen H. Rosenberg, of Alexandria, Virginia, was sentenced in Columbia, South Carolina to 65 months in prison as a result of his March 17, 2010, conviction for sending an e-mail to Senior United States District Judge Matthew J. Perry, Jr., in which he threatened to kill white judges unless Judge Perry reinstated a civil lawsuit that Rosenberg had previously filed.

Thomas G. Ackerman, of Scottsdale, Arizona, pled guilty in Rockford, Illinois to one count of interstate carrier fraud. Ackerman formerly worked as a sales and marketing manager for Woods Equipment Company (Woods) of Oregon, Illinois. The interstate carrier fraud charge against Ackerman stemmed from his scheme to defraud Woods in connection with travel expense reimbursements.
