Hutchinson Man Pleads Guilty to Reporting False Bomb Threat to FBI

A 26-year-old Hutchinson, Minnesota, man pleaded guilty in federal court in Minneapolis to providing the Federal Bureau of Investigation with false information regarding a supposed bomb threat involving an Oklahoma sports arena.



Lewiston Man Sentenced for Mail Fraud and Providing False Statements to FBI

Matthew R. Theriault, 25, of Lewiston, Maine, was sentenced to 14 months' imprisonment followed by three years' supervised release for mail fraud and providing false statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.



Fort Yates Man Sentenced for Sexual Abuse of a Child

Patrick L. Big Shield, 52, of Fort Yates, North Dakota, was sentenced on a charge of abusive sexual contact with a child under 12 years of age. Big Shield was found guilty by a federal jury on March 25, 2010.
