Georgia Police Officer Indicted on Corruption, Narcotics, Firearms, and Theft Charges

Jonathan S. Callahan, of Atlanta, Georgia, a patrol officer with the Clayton County Police Department, was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of accepting money to use his law enforcement position to protect illegal drug transactions, possessing a stolen firearm, and stealing personal property from drivers during traffic stops.



Kansas Man Indicted on Child Pornography, Obscenity Charges

Kenneth Wayne Wilhelm, of Dodge City, Kansas, was charged with one count of distributing child pornography and one count of attempting to send obscene material to a minor in connection with allegedly sending nude photos of himself as well as child pornography to an undercover investigator posing as a 13-year-old girl.



Massachusetts Firefighter Charged with Distribution of Child Pornography

Whitinsville, Massachusetts resident William R. Davis was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. It is also alleged that Davis would invite several minor males over to his residence to spend the night. During the visits, he served the boys alcohol and they watched pornographic movies.



Fourteen Indicted in Louisiana on Federal Drug and Gun Charges

Fourteen individuals were charged in New Orleans, Louisiana with violations of federal drug and gun laws stemming from their participation in a cocaine distribution conspiracy.



Payment Processors to Forfeit $13 Million in Money Laundering, Online Gambling Funds

Two payment processors--Allied Wallet, Inc. and Allied Systems, Inc.--and their owner, Ahmad Khawaja, agreed to forfeit more than $13 million in funds traceable to proceeds of the operation of an illegal gambling business and traceable to property used to operate an illegal gambling business.



New York Man Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges

William Eisenberger, of Yonkers, New York, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for distributing and possessing child pornography.



Top FARC Associate Sentenced for Massive Cocaine Importation Conspiracy

Erminso Cuevas Cabrera, a top associate of the narco-terrorist organization Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC) was sentenced to 29 years in prison for conspiring to import ton-quantities of cocaine into the U.S. The FARC is a U.S. State Department-designated foreign terrorist organization.
