The Wanted by FBI New York page has been updated to include fugitive Joseph Lubrano, a convicted felon, who is wanted for his alleged involvement in armed robberies in and around the New York City area. Lubrano is believed to be a member of the Luchese Organized Crime Family based in New York.
The page also now includes Daniel Guzman, who is wanted for his alleged involvement in a health care fraud scheme that cost Medicaid millions of dollars. Guzman allegedly conspired with others in a scheme to defraud Medicaid by fraudulently obtaining reimbursements from the Medicaid program for prescription drugs that were not dispensed.
