Antonio Ochoa, a patient recruiter for Miami home health agencies, was convicted by a federal jury in Miami of one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and of three counts of soliciting and receiving kickbacks and bribes.

Fifty-three individuals were charged in Newark, New Jersey in connection with widespread, sophisticated identity theft and fraud, including 43 individuals charged with participating in one large-scale criminal enterprise.
