Georgia Armored Car Robber Arrested

Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Brian D. Lamkin, FBI Atlanta, in conjunction with the Dekalb County Police Department, announce the following arrest in connection with the Oct. 13, 2010, Loomis armored car robbery at Dekalb County, Georgia.



Burlington Man Sentenced for Possession of Child Pornography

Christopher R. Morey, of Burlington, was sentenced in the Superior Court, Criminal Division, to five to twenty-five years imprisonment, all suspended except three years. Mr. Morey was also placed on probation with sex offender special conditions imposed.



Contractor Charged with Conspiracy to Commit Bribery in Sewer District Probe

An information was filed charging Robert J. Kassouf, age 61, of Westlake, Ohio, with one count of Conspiracy to Commit Bribery in Federally Funded Programs



East St. Louis Man Pleads Guilty to Assault and Firearm Offenses

Andre P. Ingram, 47, of East St. Louis, Illinois, pled guilty in United States District Court in East St. Louis, Illinois, to assault of a federal officer and possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.



Seattle Man Who Distributed Heroin Gets Long Prison Term

Juan Gabriel Rosas, 31, of Seattle, Washington, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Seattle to ten years in prison and five years of supervised release for distribution of heroin



West Plains Woman Sentenced for Stealing $760,000 from Employer

Mary Elizabeth Hurtt, 58, of West Plains, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Dean Whipple to three years and 10 months in federal prison without parole.



Fargo Man Sentenced for Robbing the Town & Country Credit Union in West Fargo

Matthew C. Becker of Fargo, North Dakota, was sentenced on a charge of bank robbery.
