Former Bureau of Prisons corrections officer Michael Kennedy was found guilty in Orlando, Florida of felony federal civil rights charges related to the fatal assault of an inmate in March 2005 at the Federal Correctional Complex Coleman in Coleman, Florida.



Virginia MS-13 Member Sentenced to 27 Years in Prison for Role in Murder of Pimp

MS-13 member Eris Ramon Arguera, of Alexandria, Virginia, was sentenced to 27 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for his role in the murder of a pimp while robbing the pimp and a prostitute in Alexandria on July 29, 2009.



Ohio Middle School Teacher and Coach Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges

Michael S. Highman, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, a former middle school teacher and boys basketball coach, was sentenced to 136 months in prison for using an Internet site to share more than 200,000 images and movies of prepubescent teenage boys engaged in sexual acts.
