Kentucky Police Officer Pleads Guilty to Drug Conspiracy, Burglarizing a Pharmacy

Former Williamsburg, Kentucky police officer Kenneth Bradley Nighbert, of Lexington, Kentucky, admitted that he was involved in the burglary of a Williamsburg pharmacy and helped facilitate a long-term prescription pill trafficking conspiracy.



Author of Books for Children Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges

Kevin Patrick Bath, a published children's author from Portland, Oregon, was sentenced two six years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography. Investigators found a large collection of still images and video clips depicting child pornography--including images and videos depicting sadistic conduct, rape, sodomy, and bestiality--on computer equipment and data storage media owned by Bath. Many of the videos graphically depict the sexual abuse of very young children.



Ten Russian Agents Plead Guilty and are to be Removed from the United States

Ten individuals pled guilty in Manhattan federal court to conspiring to serve as unlawful agents of the Russian Federation within the United States and will be immediately expelled from the United States.
