California Man Pleads Guilty in Oklahoma to Methamphetamine Distribution

Robert David Medina, of Winton, California, pled guilty in Muskogee, Oklahoma to his role in a scheme to purchase large quantities of methamphetamine in the state of California and transport the drugs to Oklahoma for further sale.



Missouri Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Child Pornography Charges

Arthur Damon, of Fenton, Missouri, pled guilty to receiving graphic image files containing child pornography.



Georgia Man Sentenced for Sex Trafficking Minor Girls

Christopher Pressley, of College Park, Georgia, was sentenced to 17 years in federal prison on charges of coercion and enticement of minors to engage in sexual activity in connection with exploiting underage girls and selling them on the Internet as adult prostitutes.



Ohio Attorney Sentenced for Running Ponzi Scheme

Attorney Dale P. Zucker, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, was sentenced to more than seven years in prison for perpetrating a Ponzi scheme and related crimes, including mail fraud, failing to pay income taxes, and failure to appear.



Members of Heroin Trafficking Organization Sentenced in Oregon

Cousins Ismael Anaya and Eliot Delavirgen, both of Medford, Oregon, were sentenced to 260 months and 160 months in federal prison, respectively, for their leadership roles in a heroin trafficking organization.



Home Health Agency Manager Pleads Guilty in Michigan Fraud Scheme

Detroit-area resident Hassan Akhtar pled guilty to his role in managing a home health care fraud scheme in which he and/or his co-conspirators submitted claims to the Medicare program resulting in approximately $4.65 million for physical and occupational therapy services that were never rendered or were medically unnecessary.
