Man Sentenced in Oregon for Interstate Travel to Have Sex with Minors

Former Vancouver, Washington resident Nathaniel Edward Juhl was sentenced in Portland, Oregon to 10 years in prison for traveling from Washington to Oregon with the intent to have sex with what he thought were two girls, ages 13 and 14, but were in reality undercover FBI agents.



Soldier Pleads Guilty in Kentucky to Theft of Government Property

Jonathon Morgan Harris, currently of Detroit, Michigan and formerly a soldier at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, pled guilty to entering the Ft. Campbell military base and stealing a vehicle that belonged to the General Services Administration for his own use.

Mortgage broker Bernadette Nichols, loan officer Kevin D. McAllister, and Wayne Rosen were indicted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for allegedly engaging in schemes to defraud two banks in connection with properties valued at more than $35.5 million



Arizona Mayor Indicted on Charges of Bribery, Theft, Fraud, and Money Laundering

Octavio Garcia Von Borstel, who is the mayor of Nogales, Arizona, was arrested and indicted on multiple charges, including bribery, theft, fraud, and money laundering.The mayor's father, Octavio Suarez Garcia, was also indicted and arrested on charges that include fraud, theft, and money laundering.
