Roman O. Conoway, 50, of Fairview Heights, Illinois, was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury sitting in Benton, Illinois, in a two-count indictment charging him with Making a False Threat to Detonate an Explosive Device; and Influencing a Federal Officer by Threat.

On Monday, October 4, 2010, a passenger aboard a Delta flight from Dallas, Texas to Atlanta complained of being touched several times in an inappropriate fashion and reported this to the flight crew.
