Derwin Smith, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, was indicted for sex trafficking of a minor in connection with recruiting a minor female to engage in sex acts for pay at his direction.



Montana Man Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine Charges

Roy Franklin Todd, of Lame Deer, Montana, pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.



Idaho Woman Pleads Guilty to Mail Fraud and Filing False Tax Returns

Connie A. Stills, of Middleton, Idaho, a former bookkeeper for a non-profit entity which operates drug and alcohol treatment centers throughout Idaho, pled guilty to filing false tax returns and mail fraud in connection with her embezzlement of approximately $1.3 million from the non-profit.



Three Indiana Inmates Sentenced on Contraband Charges

Edward C. Crow, Keister A. Gallman, and Ramon Torres, all inmates at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, Indiana, were sentenced in separate cases for possession of contraband while in prison.



Major Heroin Seizure Results in Indictment of 24 Individuals in Ohio

Twenty-four people were indicted in Cleveland, Ohio following one of the largest heroin seizures in Ohio history. Authorities seized more than 20 kilograms of heroin and more than $1.8 million in cash as part of "Operation Little Wren."
