Michael W. Virden, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.



Second Man Found Guilty in Massachusetts Armed Bank Robbery

Brian Febonio, of East Boston, Massachusetts, was convicted in connection with his role in the armed robbery of a bank in Peabody, Massachusetts.



Missouri Man Sentenced on Extortion Charges

Ethan Mikeal Avalos, of St. Louis, Missouri, was sentenced to eight months of home confinement and five years of probation for threatening a medical professional (victim) with exposing the fact that the victim had several paid sexual encounters with a woman whom the victim had contacted through Craigslist.



North Dakota Man Sentenced on Assault Charges

Earland Rebel McKay, of Warwick, North Dakota, was sentenced to seven years in prison for assaulting two men on two separate occasions on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.
